What We Do?
We partner with schools to strengthen wellbeing, regulation, and learning—by supporting the adults who shape school culture every day.
Uplift Positive Psychology delivers whole-school programmes and professional learning grounded in trauma-informed practice, neuroscience, and embodied approaches to learning. Our work is designed for real classrooms, real staff teams, and the complex realities of school life.
We help educators understand behaviour through the lens of the brain and nervous system, build regulation and co-regulation skills, and integrate practical, movement-based strategies that support engagement, safety, and learning.
Our approach brings together wellbeing and pedagogy—so regulation, creativity, and learning are not add-ons, but embedded into everyday teaching practice.
What the Programme Supports
Staff capability and confidence
Educators develop practical knowledge and skills to respond to behaviour, stress, and engagement with greater confidence and consistency.
Safer, calmer classrooms
Classroom environments are supported through regulation-aware practices that promote safety, predictability, and readiness to learn.
Regulation and co-regulation practices
Staff learn how to support nervous system regulation, both their own and their students through everyday classroom interactions and routines.
Behaviour understood as communication
Behaviour is approached through a neuroscience-informed lens, supporting more effective, compassionate, and purposeful responses.
